Operation Blue Ribbon (OBR) is a grassroots organization committed to championing law enforcement and strengthening the bonds between officers and the communities they serve. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, we strive to highlight the dedication of law enforcement professionals while fostering trust, respect, and collaboration.
OBR seeks to be a voice of encouragement and advocacy for those in law enforcement. By standing with those who serve and protect, we aim to create safer, stronger communities for everyone.

Our logo consists of a simple blue ribbon. The ribbon is not just in reference to the “Thin Blue Line”—used to show support of those in law enforcement.
The blue ribbon tied to a tree, mail box or the entrance to a business, is a symbol and visible reminder to the men and women of our police department that they are supported by the community.
OBR is committed to displaying this prominent symbol in our communities whenever there is an officer-involved shooting.
